We are looking for an experienced lead app developer to join our founding tech team in building a revolutionary product in women’s health care. What you will do

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS/Android using Flutter Development Framework
• Micro code enhancements within mobile platforms like android/iOS Flutter widgets for iOS and Android
• Participation in the process of analysis, designing, implementation and testing of new apps
• Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices
• Mentor junior developers, help them pick up Flutter, and manage them to meet project timelines
• Own all App development work
• Participate in scoping and planning work
• Be a thought leader in App development and space

Skills you will need

• 0 to 4 years of experience in app development, architecture, and design.
• 1+ years of hands on experience of Flutter
• Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI and animations.
• Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS
• Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing production mobile apps
• Experience with Agile development, scrum
